Job summary

Lume Rooftop in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and lead the service team. You will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards, manage stock, and support opening/closing procedures to readiness for daily operations.

You will interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, promote menu items, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards. This role offers staff meals and discounts, with transport support for late shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front-of-house operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and a welcoming dining experience.
• Coordinate and support the service team during operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure food and beverage service standards meet company guidelines.
• Monitor cleanliness, organisation and hygiene across dining and service areas.
• Assist in stock management, inventory checks and supplies for daily operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures to prepare the outlet for service.
• Provide leadership and on-shift support to team members to maintain teamwork and service excellence.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Promote menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and sales targets.
• Ensure food safety, beverage handling and hygiene regulations are followed.
