Job summary

kingdom junior pte. ltd. is seeking a restaurant supervisor to join our team across multiple outlets in Singapore. You will lead shifts, ensure service standards, and monitor food quality and costs to support smooth operations.

The role features a 5.5-day work week with 11:00–23:00 shifts and breaks, plus provided lunch and dinner. The gross monthly salary ranges from SGD 6,000 to 8,000, depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.
• Estimate food and beverage costs.
• Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
• Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
• To lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant for smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
