Job summary

Rich Construction Company is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day on-site activities for residential building projects. The role involves supervising structural and architectural works, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring safety on site.

You will work under the Project Manager/Site Manager, oversee inspections, plan progress, and liaise with clients, authorities, and consultants to ensure timely, compliant execution of works.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment; aware of safety aspects in construction.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural/Architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site.
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works.
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site.
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
