Rich Construction Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Coordinator to support project managers with meetings and technical issues on and off site.

You will handle submissions of architectural samples, shop drawings, and related documents to consultants or authorities, while coordinating and monitoring progress at site and conducting periodic inspections. The role requires a diploma in civil engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good team player.

Responsabilités

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
• Submit architectural samples, shop drawings and related documents to consultants or authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodic site inspections and meetings during construction.
• Demonstrate problem solving and progress according to the work schedule.
• Site supervision and coordination with sub-contractors, RE and RTO.
