Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site professional to support our residential projects in Singapore. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and coordinate all structural and architectural works on site, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will monitor progress, liaise with subcontractors, clients, authorities and consultants, oversee inspections, manage risks, and uphold site safety through proper procedures.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field.
At least 3 years' experience in residential building projects.
Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, Quality Marks and safety aspects in construction.

Responsibilities

Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site.
Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site.
Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works.
Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site.
Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
