Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Site Coordinator to report to Project Manager / Site Manager and organize on-site works for residential buildings. You will oversee structural/architectural activity and ensure efficient progress on the ground.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, supervise inspections, liaise with clients and authorities, and maintain rigorous safety practices to minimize risk while delivering quality projects on time.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field.
• Min 3 years of working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
