Job summary

CS CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

The role requires the ability to manage the full project lifecycle from concept through completion. You will read architectural drawings, work with designers, drafters, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow, timely scheduling, and adherence to budget and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from concept development to completion.
• Read and understand architectural and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Work closely with designers, drafters, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication across all stages.
• Conduct project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Attend client meetings, sub-contractor meetings and site inspections, providing professional updates and addressing any design or construction issues.
• Oversee MOM safety documentation and technical compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and cost management, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Manage variations, resolve site challenges, and ensure all deliverables meet safety and design standards.
