Job summary

The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore invites a Concierge to join a hospitable team dedicated to anticipating and meeting tenants’ and guests’ needs. You will handle messages, mail and parcels with discretion and ensure service standards are met by arranging transportation, reservations and special events.

Ideal candidates demonstrate impeccable grooming, strong English communication, and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with good judgment and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Impeccable grooming and articulation.
• Warm, pleasant, friendly and confident with good interpersonal skills.
• Possess good command of English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience.
• Possess excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Perform concierge services including transportation and airline reservations for tenants.
• Answer guest questions and handle requests politely and efficiently.
• Keep updated on hotel services, local events and places of interest to assist tenants and guests.
• Keep records and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, messages and parcels.
• Oversee lobby upkeep and support other departments when needed.
