Job summary

WETECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to oversee daily site operations, ensuring construction works are carried out safely, accurately, and in compliance with approved plans and statutory requirements.

The role involves supervising contractor activities, identifying discrepancies, monitoring progress, and supporting the project team to ensure quality and timely execution of all works on site.

Qualifications

• Must have diploma in civil/structural discipline or NCCS or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities, progress, schedule and safety on site.
• Highlight discrepancies and feedback site progress and non-conformances to QPs/Consultants/Employer.
• Ensure all construction works comply with statutory requirements.

The role involves supervising contractor activities, identifying discrepancies, monitoring progress, and supporting the project team in ensuring quality and timely execution of all works.

Job Scope:

• Monitor contractors' all type of daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/ irregularities to QPs/ Consultants/ Employer.
• To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements

Job Requirements:

• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
• At least 3 Years of relevant working experience and a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent.
• Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills.
