Job summary

Tahlia Waters is seeking a qualified professional to oversee site supervision for building projects in Singapore. You will verify scope against actual site conditions, assist in preparing tender specifications, and manage daily supervision for R&R, Reroofing, and A&A works.

You will monitor contractor progress, assess payments based on work completed, compute variations, and prepare final accounts. Handover to clients on project completion and ensure work conforms to drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, NCCS, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction or site supervision experience.
• RTO Certification or related site supervision certification is an advantage.
• Familiar with site inspection, quality control, and ensuring works follow drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on site.

What Do You Need to Have?

• Diploma in Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, NCCS, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision, preferably in building or civil engineering projects
• Candidates with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certification or relevant site supervision certification will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with site inspection, quality control, and ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on site matters.
