Job summary

TAHLIA WATERS HR CONSULTING LLP in Singapore is seeking a competent Site Supervisor to oversee R&R, reroofing, and A&A projects. You will verify scope on site, assist in tender specs, and hand over completed works to clients.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related disciplines and have at least 2 years' relevant experience. RTO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
• RTO certification is an added advantage.
• Familiar with site inspection, quality control, and ensuring works follow drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on site matters.

Responsibilities

What Do You Need to Have?

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision, preferably in building or civil engineering projects
• Candidates with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certification or relevant site supervision certification will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with site inspection, quality control, and ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on site matters.
