Job summary

GREENMARK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Civil Engineer to provide full-time site supervision for civil and infrastructure works in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with PUB requirements, drawings, specifications, and contract standards.

You will inspect quality, supervise excavation, drainage, water infrastructure, review method statements, ITPs, RFIs, shop drawings, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Civil Engineer experience.
• At least 2 years in supervision of works similar to the contract.
• RTO qualification accredited by COB and accepted by IES/ACES.
• Experience in PUB / water infrastructure / drainage / sewerage projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications and QC.
• Able to coordinate with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

• Ensure site activities comply with WSH requirements and approved safe work procedures.
• Assist the Resident Engineer/Consultant with inspections, testing, handover and completion works.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Civil Engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience in supervision of works similar in nature to the Contract.
• RTO qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control (COB) and accepted by Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Relevant experience in PUB / water infrastructure / drainage / sewerage / civil infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, quality control and site inspection procedures.
• Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong site supervision, documentation and communication skills.
