Job summary

SJ Group is recruiting an experienced RTO Civil Site Supervisor to implement and sustain the site supervision quality and safety system in Singapore. You will conduct regular site checks on contractors, manage project documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Collaborate with consultants, regulators and engineers to coordinate activities, verify progress and claims, and ensure timely project handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in C&S Engineering with valid Resident Technical Officer (RTO) certificate from IES, Singapore.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ site working experience as RTO in Singapore for Civil Engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of authorities and client requirements and regulations for construction.

• Carry out regular site checks on contractors and ensure compliance with health and work safety regulations.
• Ensure proper site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions, etc., are well managed.
• Assist on site to ensure all works comply fully with regulatory and client’s requirements.
• Assist Consultant’s PM/ SOR to coordinate site activities, verify the contractor’s work progress and claims.
• Work closely with professional engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, coordination, supervision and handover, ensuring timely completion of projects.
