Job summary

QINGJIAN REALTY (SOUTH PACIFIC) GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to review project drawings and specifications, raise discrepancies, and supervise construction works on site, ensuring compliance with project documents and site instructions.

You will oversee civil and structural works, enforce safety, liaise with Qualified Person and engineers, attend meetings, and perform tests before handover, with high-rise residential project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NCCS in Civil Engineering required.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• 3 years RTO supervision experience in building works.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects and regulations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Review all project drawings and specifications, raise discrepancies before site work and throughout the project.
• Supervise construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure works follow project specs and site instructions.
• Ensure contractors comply with Building Control Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice and authority requirements.
• Observe site safety and submit reports, ensuring work is carried out safely.
• Supervise civil and structural works as required under the project and Building Control Act.
• Report to Qualified Person (Supervision), Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Attend meetings, workshops and presentations when required.
• Conduct Architectural and M&E testing prior to TOP.
• Inspect and conduct lockup inspection before handover to owner.

Job description

Responsibilities：

• Review all project drawingsand specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems beforeconstruction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire courseof the project
• Supervise the constructionand related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works arecarried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, sketchesand site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and projectconsultants
• Ensure that the contractorscarry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations,Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and governmentagencies
• Observe and comply with sitesafety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carriedout in a safe and proper manner
• Supervision of all civil& structural engineering works as required under the project and mandatedunder the Building Control Act & Regulations.
• Report to Qualified Person(Supervision), Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Attend meetings, workshopsand presentations where required.

Requirements：
