Job summary

Qingjian Realty in Singapore is seeking a Diploma/NCCS holder in M&E to supervise construction and ensure quality on high-rise residential projects. You will review project drawings and specifications, raise discrepancies, and ensure works comply with Codes of Practice and authorities' requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Qualified Persons, Senior Resident / Resident Engineers, attending meetings, conducting M&E testing prior to TOP, and ensuring site safety and proper

Qualifications

• Diploma or NCCS in M&E discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in a relevant field.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project.
• Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, sketches and site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and project consultants.
• Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Codes of Practices and requirements of authorities and government agencies.
• Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
• Supervision of all M&E works as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act & Regulations.
• Report to Qualified Person (M&E), Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Attend meetings, workshops and presentations where required.
• Conduct all Architectural & M&E testing prior to TOP.
• Inspect and conduct lockup inspection before handing over to owner.
