Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications and raise discrepancies before construction starts.
• Supervise construction and M&E works, ensuring quality and compliance with specs.
• Ensure contractors comply with Codes of Practice and authorities.
• Observe safety on site and submit required reports.
• Report to Qualified Person (M&E) and Senior/Resident Engineers.
• Attend meetings and workshops as required.
• Conduct architectural and M&E testing prior to TOP.
• Inspect lockup before handover to owner.

Job description

Responsibilities：

• Review all project drawingsand specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems beforeconstruction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entirecourse of the project.
• Supervise the constructionand related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works arecarried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, sketchesand site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and projectconsultants.
• Ensure that the contractorscarry out their work in compliance with Codes of Practices and requirements ofauthorities and government agencies.
• Observe and comply with sitesafety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carriedout in a safe and proper manner.
• Supervision of all M&Eworks as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act & Regulations.
• Report to Qualified Person (M&E),Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Attend meetings, workshopsand presentations where required.
• Conductall Architectural & M&E testing prior to TOP.
• Inspect and conduct lockup inspection before handing over to owne.
