Job summary

SKYWARD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Registered Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise on-site civil, architectural, structural and M&E works.

You will ensure installations meet codes and contracts while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, method statements, QA/QC plans, and project schedules; conducting inspections; coordinating with engineers, team members, and contractors; and preparing daily and weekly reports to support project

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as RTO.
• Registered resident technical officer with IES/ACES.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installations comply with local codes, regulations and standards.
• Inspect and monitor workmanship quality on site.
• Check all drawings and contract specifications.
• Review Method Statement, Risk Assessment, and Inspection Test Plan procedures.
• Review QA/QC Plan and Procedure Documents.
• Follow approved engineering drawings/documents and carry out inspections.
• Review QP/PE Design approved documents.
• Review project overall schedule on a weekly basis for construction and inspection activities.
• Internal meetings with Eng., Team & contractor.
• Follow-up and monitor daily project schedule.
• Prepare and reviewing of daily & weekly reports.
