Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with a Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and an IES RTO certificate to oversee civil projects on site in Singapore. You will monitor safety, document control, and ensure contractor work complies with authorities and client requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain site supervision quality & safety assurance systems.
• Carry out regular site checks on contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage site documentation: progress claims, meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-builts.
• Assist on-site to ensure works comply with regulatory and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Engineers, authorities and contractors to ensure timely project handover.
