Job summary

YHL Consultants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a full-time RTO site supervisor to oversee construction activities under the Building Control Act for eight maintenance base buildings at Tuas Port.

The role requires an RTO certificate issued by IES and a minimum of five years of supervision experience on building works. The contract starts in December 2026, with a single position available and gratuity provided upon completion (AWS included).

Qualifications

• RTO certificate issued by IES
• Minimum 5 years supervising building works

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-time site supervision as RTO under Building Control Act & Regulations
• Supervise construction of 8 blocks at Tuas Port (12-month contract)
• Contract start date: Dec 2026; 1 RTO position to fill

Job description

Job Scope:

• To carry out full-time site supervision as RTO as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations


• Contract period is 12 month to cover the construction of 8 blocks of maintenance base buildings at Tuas Port


• Contract start date: Dec 2026


• Only1 RTOposition to be filled

Remunerations:

• 2 month of gratuity will be provided upon completion of project. This is inclusive of AWS

Job Requirements:

• With valid RTO certificate issued by IES


• Minimum 5 years working experience in building works supervision
