Job summary

BESCON ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Site Supervisor - Building M&E, based at Singapore West Area. The role requires robust on-site leadership and a strong track record in M&E projects.

You will oversee supervision, coordinate with authorities, manage contract administration, QA/QC, testing & commissioning, and deliver progress reports. Overtime or shift work may be required; the position starts November 2026.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in relevant field.
• BCSS certificate required.
• Accredited with JAC IES and ACE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of building M&E services on site.
• Manage RTO responsibilities including on-site management of large-scale M&E works.
• Ensure contract administration, statutory compliance, quality control, testing & commissioning, and reporting.
• Coordinate M&E design, installation, and inspections with authorities.
• Overtime or shift work may be required.

Job description

Qualification:

• Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.


• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.


• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.

Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.


• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.


• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.


• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.

Site Location:

• Singapore West Area.

Working Hours:

• 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday, including 1-hour lunch time, and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturday.

Salary Range:

• (SGD) $ 6,000 per month.

Expected Commencement Date:

• November 2026.
