Job summary

Bescon Consulting Engineers Pte is seeking a qualified professional for supervision of building M&E works at a major Singapore site. The role requires extensive field oversight and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a polytechnic diploma or equivalent, a BCSS certificate, and accreditation from the local engineering bodies, with vast experience in site management and coordination of M&E services.

Job description

Qualification:

• Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.


• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.


• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.

Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.


• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.


• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.


• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.
