Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls in a professional and patient manner.
• Be attentive to residents' needs and display courteous and respectful behavior.
• Log feedback into IEMS and route to property officers and contractors for same-day follow-up.
• Retrieve voicemails and perform callback to residents to ensure feedback is complete.
• Update online requests for bulky item removal in IEMS and forward to conservancy or tradespeople.
• Route MSO cases to the relevant agency.
