Job summary

CSC Enterprise (S'pore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Public Relations Assistant to join our building-trades team in Singapore. You will coordinate PR activities, respond to inquiries, and help manage stakeholder communications.

You will build and maintain relationships with residents, consultants, authorities, and vendors, delivering prompt, professional service across phone, email, and face-to-face channels. Strong coordination and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• GCE O/ A Level with 1–2 years PR experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor.
• WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality service.
• Flexible to adapt to changing customer needs and schedules.
• Knowledge of industry-specific products or services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating PR programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, social media, or in-person interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,vendors,stakeholders to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues, and other departments within the organization
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required
