Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the frontline contact for our clients, handling incoming and outgoing calls with accuracy and consistency. You will manage feedback and ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key requirements include clear communication, ability to multitask, and willingness to perform administrative duties. The role is a 5-day work week with rotating 8-hour shifts, including weekend work and a night shift
