Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a customer service professional in Singapore to act as a one-stop service across our product range. The role involves handling calls with accuracy, clear communication, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will perform administrative tasks, manage customer feedback, and contribute to consistent service delivery while supporting ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum O / A levels and above.
• Prior experience in Contact Centre environment.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

• Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information
