Job summary

Weave Living in Singapore is seeking an energetic Community Team member to help cultivate a vibrant residential community and deliver exceptional service to residents.

The role involves welcoming residents, coordinating on-property events, and supporting social media marketing efforts with the marketing team. A background in hospitality and strong English communication are important, with shift-based hours including mornings, afternoons, and nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional customer-facing experience.
• Background in hospitality or related disciplines preferred.
• Shift-based availability (early/late/night).

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to residents and represent the brand.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment in the community.
• Anticipate and respond to residents' needs and feedback.
• Coordinate community initiatives and events with Operations.
• Be the go-to person for residents and resolve issues professionally.
• Report resident feedback with ideas to enhance living experience.
• Conduct property viewings to support leasing as needed.
• Execute on-property social media marketing with Marketing team.
