Job summary

WeWork Inc. is seeking a Community Lead to act as the heart of our Singapore building, delivering exceptional hospitality and member experiences. You will lead on-site operations, ensure safety and service excellence, and collaborate with leasing to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in hospitality or equivalent, and a data-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in hospitality, multi-unit retail, or related fields is preferred.
• Proactive problem-solver with entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated hospitality and ensure a positive member journey across all touchpoints.
• Own on-site building operations, resolve service requests, and manage move-ins/outs.
• Partner with Leasing to tour prospects and pursue revenue growth and renewals using data-driven insights.
