Job summary

KCL CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor with a minimum 4 years of experience in supervising residential buildings in Singapore.

The role requires the Resident Engineer Certificate (IES/ACES) and the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards on site. The successful candidate will review drawings, manage on-site methods, coordinate with contractors, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of supervision experience on residential buildings.
• Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES/ACES is mandatory.
• Knowledge of statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand project specifications and ensure site activities comply with regulations and client requirements.
• Monitor site works to ensure method statements and procedures are followed.
• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities in contractor sites.
• Ensure builder executes work in accordance with consultant instructions.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions to avoid delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site.
• Ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records, and approved/as-built drawings.
• Maintain and update site records on progress, housekeeping, and reports.
• Verify contractors' progress payments and material deliveries on site.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning sessions to ensure compliance.
• Report to Project QP/Consultants Team on quality and progress.
• Period: 36 months; Start from: November 2026.

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Period: 36 months
• Start from: November 2026

Requirements:
