Job summary

Sterling Engineers PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee civil and structural works on-site in Singapore.

You will monitor installations in line with approved drawings and statutory requirements, and report any non-conformities to the Qualified Person (QP). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of relevant building experience, is registered or eligible for RRE accreditation with IES or ACES, and holds BCSS certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works.
• BCSS certification is preferred.
• RRE accreditation by IES or ACES is required.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To Supervise and monitor civil&structure, works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications
• To conduct in-progress inspections and to identify any non-conformity and reports to the Qualified Person (QP)
• To attend site, coordination, and quality meetings
• Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works. Preferably with experience in addition&alteration for instituitional building / development.
• Registered and a valid RRE accredited by the join Accredited Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Preferred applicants with Certificate with Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)
• Conversant in satutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
