Job summary

voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a pleasant Reservation and Instant Service Coordinator to join our front office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling calls and inquiries while delivering warm, brand-aligned service.

Responsibilities include managing reservations in Opera PMS, upselling rooms and services, and collaborating with Sales on group bookings. Fluency in English and another language, plus strong communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in hospitality and tourism management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS is an added advantage.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Fluent English and at least one other language.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations accurately in Opera PMS and update guest profiles.
• Manage calls and emails; provide courteous service to guests.
• Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue.
• Provide city information and local recommendations to guests.
• Coordinate with Sales on group bookings and promotions.
