Job summary

Pullman Singapore Hill Street is seeking a Guest Reservations Agent to handle inquiries via phone, email and online channels, and to ensure accurate, timely reservations. You will inform guests about facilities, services and promotions, and work with front office and sales to optimise occupancy.

The role requires a diploma in hospitality and at least one year in a similar role. Knowledge of Opera is a plus; strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field required.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Opera knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online channels
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and promotions
• Maximise room revenue and occupancy by upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with front office, revenue and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
• Report any complaints, incidents or other irregularities to management.
