Job summary

Satair Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Process and Performance Manager to lead improvement projects across Repair Operations and Administration. You will model processes, design future-state workflows, and drive data-based decisions using SAP, Freshdesk, and Skywise dashboards.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Product Management, Finance and Quality teams to deliver value, manage change, and increase operational transparency in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or repair operations.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous; process management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects with Global BP Manager and local Process Specialist.
• Model, document, and analyze processes; maintain current-state and future-state designs.
• Develop data products and dashboards; drive fact-based decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Logistics, Product, Finance, Quality).
• Implement process changes; facilitate VSA and governance within Satair repair.
• Serve as Freshdesk Super User; support transformation initiatives.
