Job summary

Satair Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a professional to lead improvement projects across Repair Operations, focusing on process optimization, data-driven decisions, and IT change management. You will model and redesign processes, drive cross-functional collaboration, and build dashboards to visualize performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics or repair operations, with SAP experience preferred. You will work in a dynamic, international environment and support ongoing transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business admin, CS, or industrial engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or repair operations.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage improvement projects with Global Business Process Manager and local Process Specialist.
• Model, document, analyze processes and document in Symbio platform.
• Develop and maintain current-state and future-state business processes.
• Partner with the business to visualize impact and dependencies of performance.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Product Management, Repair Shop, Finance, and Quality.
• Establish and define data products and governance for process reviews.
• Drive improvement actions and manage problem-solving groups within repair perimeter.
• Lead Skywise-based dashboards for Satair Repair functions and act as Freshdesk super user.
• Support transformation projects and measure/process performance.
• Create and follow up IT change requests across applications.
