Job summary

Satair Singapore is seeking a Process Improvement & Data Management specialist to drive continuous improvement across Repair Operations and Administration. You will lead value stream analysis, document processes in Symbio, and integrate SAP, Freshdesk and Skywise dashboards to enable fact-based decisions.

Working with global teams, you will model and map current processes, define future state, and govern change initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Repair Operations.
Experience with SAP is advantageous.
Experience with Digital Toolsets/IT.
Ability to work in an international environment.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage improvement projects with Global BPM and local Process Specialist.
Model, document, and analyze processes in Symbio.
Develop process design and maintain current/future state processes.
Visualize impact of financial and business performance for stakeholders.
Coordinate with Logistics, Product Management, Repair Shop, Finance, Quality.
Establish data products and governance for processes.
Challenge, analyze, improve and guide processes in scope.
