Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in job requirements.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Repair Operations.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Ability to work in an international environment and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage improvement projects with Global Business Process Manager and local Process Specialist.
• Model, document, and analyse processes using the Symbio platform.
• Develop process designs and maintain current-state processes; craft future-state workflows.
• Visualise financial and performance impacts to enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Product Management, Repair Shop and Finance.
• Create data products and governance for process reviews.
• Drive improvement actions and coordinate problem-solving groups within repair.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Business Administration / Computer Science / Industrial Engineering or similar
