Job summary

Uncle Carpentry & Renovation is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand renovation opportunities in Singapore. You will identify new projects and build connections with interior designers, agents, contractors, homeowners and commercial clients to drive growth.

The role requires developing leads, arranging meetings, and coordinating with partners to convert opportunities into projects, while maintaining long-term client relationships. Performance-based incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong network in Singapore preferred.
• Experience in renovation, construction, interior design, property sales or business development is an advantage.
• Able to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and follow up with customers.

Renovation Business Development Executive – Ceiling, Partition, Painting & Carpentry

Uncle Carpentry & Renovation is looking for a motivated individual to develop new renovation business opportunities in Singapore.

The role focuses on identifying potential renovation projects, building connections with Interior Designers, property agents, contractors, homeowners, commercial clients and other industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new residential and commercial renovation projects.
• Develop new customer leads through personal and professional networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with Interior Designers, property agents, contractors and business partners.

Requirements
