Job summary

Adcellence Services in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to source and close carpentry and renovation projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, and built-in furniture. You will generate leads, meet clients, discuss requirements, present proposals, and negotiate terms while protecting margins.

Responsibilities span coordinating with designers and contractors, visiting sites for measurements, and following up to secure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven and target-oriented with ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and close deals.
• Knowledge of carpentry, renovation, interior fitting-out, built-in furniture, or related construction works is advantageous.
• Able to understand floor plans, measurements, site conditions, and customer requirements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to explain product details, pricing, timelines and scope to clients.
• Able to coordinate with internal teams, carpenters, designers, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple client enquiries and projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required for meetings/site visits/project handovers.
• Possess good customer service attitude and handle client feedback professionally.
• Prior experience in carpentry sales, renovation sales, interior design sales, furniture sales, or construction-related sales is preferred.
• Possess own transport advantageous for site visits and client meetings.

• Maintain accurate sales records, client information, quotations, contracts, and project updates.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Keep up to date with market trends, renovation styles, material options, carpentry finishes, and competitor pricing in Singapore.

4. Coordinate with designers, project managers, site supervisors, carpenters, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
5. Conduct site visits and measurements where necessary to assess project requirements and provide practical recommendations.
6. Follow up with leads and existing clients to close sales, maintain relationships, and secure repeat business or referrals.
7. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, project scope, and delivery timelines with clients while protecting the company’s profit margin.
8. Monitor project progress after sales confirmation and assist in resolving client concerns, variation orders, or after-sales issues.
9. Maintain accurate sales records, client information, quotations, contracts, and project updates.
10. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
11. Keep up to date with market trends, renovation styles, material options, carpentry finishes, and competitor pricing in Singapore.

Job Requirements
