Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in tech/fintech/blockchain environments.
• Strong background with Compliance processes such as AML and Transaction Monitoring is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced settings.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Logical thinker who articulates rationale, assumptions, and risks clearly.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work in a global team to design and develop a platform with world-class Compliance tools and services that meets regulatory requirements and provides great user experience.
• Review business requirements and produce PRDs to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Communicate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance and Customer Service to prioritize highest-value features.
• Track and analyze key metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Continuously refine workflows for intuitive, efficient operation and strong user experience.
• Support Regional/Global Heads and coordinate product implementation with stakeholders.
• Articulate new features to users and internal teams.
