Binance is seeking an experienced compliance leader to drive remediation initiatives across the Global Money Laundering Reporting Officer (GMLRO) office and liaise between global and regional teams. You will support governance forums, oversight programs, and horizon scanning for financial crime risks across entities.

The role requires extensive AML/CFI experience, ability to influence across jurisdictions, and a track record with complex multi-entity structures in crypto, banking, or payments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial crime compliance / AML.
• Hands-on experience building or overhauling AML governance frameworks.
• Experience handling SARs/STRs and regulatory investigations.
