Job summary

Binance is seeking a product leader to set the direction and roadmap for backend trading systems. You will improve core platforms including matching and risk engines, while translating complex trading needs into actionable product requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial instruments like margins and derivatives. Mandarin is preferred for global coordination, with a remote-first setup and opportunities to influence a global trading stack.

Qualifications

Background in technical or quantitative fields is desired.
Deep understanding of Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options, and related products.

Responsibilities

Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives.
Work with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading needs into solutions.
Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and feature launches.
Monitor backend performance and fix issues before affecting users.
Ensure systems comply with standards and regulations.
