Job summary

TokenMinds is seeking an experienced Token Launch Manager to own client token launches from kickoff to listing day and beyond. This fully remote role follows Singapore business hours, involving coordination with auditors, launchpads, exchanges, and internal teams across APAC, the U.S., and Europe.

You will speak confidently with founders and executives while keeping multiple workstreams on track. You will plan launches, manage timelines, assess risks, and ensure post-launch activities such as

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the crypto or Web3 space, ideally in a launch, project management, or client-facing role.
• Hands-on know-how of token launches: TGE planning, tokenomics and vesting, audits, launchpads or public token sales, and exchange listings.
• Strong client communication skills, comfortable leading calls with founders, executives, and decision-makers.
• Self-managed: proactive, organized, and able to work independently without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact for token launch projects, from onboarding and kickoff through TGE and post-launch.
• Build and manage the full launch plan: milestones, timelines, dependencies, owners, and go/no-go checkpoints.
• Coordinate tokenomics, vesting schedules, and allocation work with clients and our internal tokenomics team.
• Manage the launch readiness workstreams: smart contract audit, whitepaper and litepaper, legal and compliance inputs, KYC, and documentation.
• Coordinate with launchpads, IDO/ICO platforms, and public token sale partners on application, setup, and sale execution.
• Support centralized and decentralized exchange listings, including applications, requirements, liquidity planning, and market maker coordination.
• Work with the marketing team to align community building, KOL, PR, and investor outreach with the launch timeline.
