Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a Product Launch and Onboarding Manager to join our Singapore Product Management team. The role covers driving launches, onboarding clients and service providers, and coordinating fund restructurings.

You will work within a team overseeing flagship private markets funds, SMAs, and evergreen structures across Asia, with opportunities for collaboration and growth in a global firm.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, finance or economics.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in banking, asset management or private markets.
• Experience managing lifecycle of investment fund products end-to-end.
• Launch, onboarding, implementation and operational set-up of fund/investment structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle management and operation of existing products.
• Coordinate and lead standard product launch and restructuring projects with senior colleagues.
• Maintain understanding of private markets, fund structures, and firm processes.
