Job summary

TokenMinds is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own user acquisition for CopyKat. This full-time, fully remote role lets you decide where CopyKat's next users come from and run the channels that bring them in: outbound outreach, inbound content and SEO, media and collaborations, paid ads, communities, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth, user acquisition or performance marketing for SaaS or software.
• Hands-on in multiple acquisition channels: outbound outreach, content/SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing and AI search implications.
• Data-driven: comfortable with funnel data and decision making.
• Excellent copywriting for emails, landing pages, ads and articles.
• Self-managed: proactive, organized, able to work independently.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Available to work Singapore business hours (9:00-18:00 SGT).

Responsibilities

• Own CopyKat's user acquisition strategy from signup to paying customer.
• Lead outbound outreach to SEO writers, agencies and in-house teams.
• Grow inbound via content: blog posts, guides, case studies, newsletters.
• Manage media collaborations: guest articles, podcasts, reviews.
• Collaborate with creators and influencers across platforms.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns with clear budgets and CAC targets.
• Engage communities (Reddit, Slack, Discord) and product directories.
• Support launches and events with activation campaigns.
• Track funnel metrics with GA4, PostHog; run experiments and report results.
• Report weekly on results, spend, learnings, next steps.
