Job summary

Binance is seeking a Real-World Assets Growth Specialist in Singapore to drive tokenized stocks growth. You will work with the Tokenized Stocks Product Manager to shape operational requirements, run new product integrations, and ensure readiness for launch across RWA offerings.

You’ll partner with multiple departments, oversee rollouts, and translate regulatory needs into scalable procedures, while maintaining a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in crypto growth operations or securities operations (e.g. equities, IPO processes, tokenisation of Real-World Assets).
• Basic understanding of blockchain tech including UTXO, EVM, and DEX platforms/wallets.
• Proven experience translating product intent into operational requirements, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear cross-functional communication.
• Willingness to coordinate partner integration with external project teams.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap, priorities, and cadence to grow tokenised stock AUM, trading volume, and on-chain utility.
• Track market dynamics to inform product and business decisions across RWA and crypto platforms.
• Conduct hands-on research by using competing platforms to generate actionable insights.
• Track KPIs such as AUM, product performance, and protocol revenue; refine key metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to translate requirements into operational inputs and workflows.
