Job summary

Partners Group in Singapore is seeking a Product Launch and Onboarding Manager to join our Product Management team. You will own the product lifecycle for existing funds and coordinate launches, restructurings and wind‑downs, while ensuring high client and service provider satisfaction.

You will work with the Singapore Product Management team across Asia, overseeing funds and SMAs, driving timely launches and seamless onboarding, and collaborating with sales and operations to deliver robust

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance or economics.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in banking, asset management or private markets.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of investment fund products end‑to‑end.
• Launch, onboarding, implementation and operational set‑up experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes full ownership of product lifecycle management and operation of existing products.
• Coordinates and leads standard product launch and restructuring projects with senior colleagues.
• Maintains understanding of private markets, fund structures and firm processes.
• Interacts with stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction and implement solutions.
• Resolves operational issues across teams and supports sales with client solutions.
