Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements.
• Architect solution designs tailored to integrate within the Workiva Platform, delivering impactful outcomes.
• Forge direct interactions with clients and partners, executing standardized solutions that align with their needs.
• Foster continuous growth through training to master financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform.
