ASCENDION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Workato Lead to drive enterprise integration across cloud and on‑prem apps. You will design, develop, deploy and support integrations, while mentoring teams and engaging stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in integration, 3+ years with Workato and strong API, security and CI/CD skills. Collaboration with ERP/CRM systems and regional teams will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years of integration development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Workato experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with building and maintaining Workato recipes, connectors, APIs and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of integrations using Workato.
• Architect scalable integration solutions across ERP, CRM, HR, Finance and custom apps.
• Develop and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, APIs and workflows.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, architects and developers.
• Drive integration governance, security and performance optimization.
• Lead code reviews, testing and deployment activities.
• Mentor junior developers and integration engineers.
• Support pre-sales discussions and solution demos as needed.
• Ensure data governance and security standards are followed.

We are seeking an experienced Workato Lead to drive enterprise integration and automation initiatives using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, deployment, and support of integration solutions across cloud and on-premises applications while mentoring technical teams and engaging stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of integrations using Workato .
• Architect scalable integration solutions across ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and custom applications.
• Develop and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, APIs, and workflows.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and developers.
• Drive integration best practices, governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Lead code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Mentor junior developers and integration engineers.
• Support pre-sales discussions, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations where required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of integration development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Workato experience in enterprise environments.

• Webhooks and Event-Driven Architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Workato Automation Pro Certification.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or Jitterbit.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation and workflow orchestration.
• Experience leading regional or global integration projects.
