Job summary

Cybervaultit seeks an expert to lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Workday Financials implementations. You will analyze finance processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and near-term integration plans.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Packaged Integrations. Strong data migration experience and robust communication with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials.
• Deep functional understanding of core Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Adaptive Planning).
• Expert-level proficiency with Workday integration tools: Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Packaged Integrations.
• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, JSON, and other integration technologies.
• Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex integrations.
• Experience with financial data migration strategies and execution.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead or actively participate in full lifecycle implementation of Workday Financials modules.
• Analyze business processes and gather requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into Workday solutions and plan integrations.
• Develop and execute test plans including UAT and data conversion.
• Guidance on Workday functionality and process improvements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using Studio/EIBs/Core Connectors.
• Develop reports and dashboards to enable financial analysis and compliance.
• Troubleshoot integration issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.
