Ethos is seeking a strategy and operations consultant to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated client proposals, transformation roadmaps, operating model presentations, and final reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting, strategy, or advisory practice (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
• Strong expertise in client deliverable structure, storylining, and data exhibits.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: client proposal decks, transformation roadmaps, operating model presentations, executive workshops, benchmarking exhibits, and final report production.
