Ethos is seeking experienced principal consultants to remotely help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows such as storyline development, executive summaries, and slide structuring.

The role requires 3+ years at a top strategy firm and expert PowerPoint skills, with meticulous written communication and attention to detail. Flexible, 5–20 hours per week, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a principal consultant at a top strategy firm (McKinsey/BCG/Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and precise written communication.
